Friedrich Cerha

+++ Friedrich Cerha's new opera will be premiered in Munich +++

Uncle President, Friedrich Cerha's musical farce after Ferenc Molnár's play One, Two, Three, will be premiered on 1 June at the Prinzregententheater. Further performances will follow until 14 June.

Based on Ferenc Molnár's one-act-play which Billy Wilder used for his famous 1961 comedy film, Friedrich Cerha shows the transformation of bicycle messenger Josef Powolny into a top manager with a title of nobility.

The production is stage directed by Josef E. Köpplinger and the orchestra will perform under the musical direction of Marco Comin.
